I have been to a number of therapists over the years. None compare to Shelly's competence and compassion. She is a highly talented practitioner and ethical intuitive. She is adept at hold space for those ready to step into their healing journey.

Through working with Shelly, I have learned that just like my bike, my body needs regular tune­ups. The demands of my cycling training & life in general cause the body to be out of balance & blood flow restricted. After releasing what is trapped inside it is amazing how much better you feel & the power you gain. These sessions have greatly helped me train harder, improve performances, and recover faster! Most importantly Shelly has taught me to listen to my body & take the time to get it balanced & working it's best.

I don't understand how this Myofascial Release works, but my Optical Migraines are gone.

Shelly Schulz-Borris, Advanced Myofascial Release (MFR) Therapist, has worked with me for about 7 years. I like MFR, because my body works to unwind itself powering out the knots in my back. I focus on my breathing and the tightness releases. MFR feels and lasts longer than traditional massage. If a person is open to the possibilities of alternative health care, MFR can really help.
